Returns & Refunds
The Berry Barn will exchange any unworn, unused or undamaged item purchased online within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition including all swing tags attached and/or in its original packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are non refundable for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to The Berry Barn at the customer’s own cost and risk.
You are always welcome to come in store and exchange your item or receive an “in store credit” to use at a later date if time is of the essence.

To allow us to process the goods as quickly as possible, please include:
- A copy of the packing slip or receipt including the order number
- The reason for your return
- Your day time phone number
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
A staff member will contact you should we have any problems with your return or exchanging your goods.
If you are returning an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The Berry Barn will fully refund any item that has a manufacturing fault. All goods are checked before being dispatched however sometimes an error may occur. We unfortunately do not refund for change of mind purchases. Please contact us for a return advice should you need to.
Majority of goods will be delivered by Australia Post Regular Parcel Shipping at a flat rate of $9.95. However if your item is on the larger scale or odd shaped this may increase. Please contact us for further information.
Delivery is free for all purchases over $200.
Delivery should take from 2 business days and delivery times will vary depending on destination points. Parcel tracking will be available on all parcels.
Should you require Express Post or Signature on receipt, that service is also available at an extra cost. We do suggest a work address if it is more convenient to allow signature to be obtained.
Currently The Berry Barn only delivers within Australia.
